How To Win In NTE Going Going Gone Event
To win the 5 rounds in the Going Going Gone event, you need to:
- Round 1: Bid more than 2x the 2nd-highest bid.
- Round 2: Bid more than 1.6x the 2nd-highest bid.
- Round 3: Bid more than 1.3x the 2nd-highest bid.
- Round 4: Bid more than 1.1x the 2nd-highest bid.
- Round 5: Be the highest bidder.
You have 3,000,000 Gold Shells as starting funds, which you can use to be the highest bidder in NTE. However, that doesn’t mean that you have to blindly bid to win, as winning isn’t always everything. On the contrary, you have to be strategic and bid in a way that makes you earn more Gold Shells based on the Auction’s Collectibles estimate of revenue.
Achieving this requires you to make use of the Auction Assistants and the Device Set, which you can choose before entering the Treasure Ship Auction. While picking an NTE character to help you during the Auction is free, choosing a Device Set requires you to pay some Gold Shells to use them.
