As you reach the Outlaw Trap Bell, head right, ignoring the boss arena on your left and the mechanism that requires the Crimson Forest Tunnel Crank. Take another left to find a body with a letter on it. Pick up the letter to start the Honor Among Thieves quest.
The letter provides information about the Nimble Thief, and reading it carefully will give you the clues needed to answer the Gentle Thief’s questions. Since a difficult boss blocks the path ahead toward the Thieves’ Camp, you might forget about the letter as you continue through the region. However, make sure to collect it before moving on to the main story path, as it contains the information required for the quest.
