The Machiboke Gashapon figure series, which appears worldwide as the Still Waiting for You line, will get characters from the Silent Hill 2 remake and f spin-off. The collection is up for pre-order at the Bandai Namco Gashapon Online site ahead of it showing up in Japanese capsule machines. Those orders ship in September 2026. We also often see these figures worldwide, either on the Amazon Bandai storefront or in the US and Canadian machines, so we will likely eventually these four everywhere.
There are two characters from each game represented in this collection. The Silent Hill 2 remake representatives are James Sunderland and Pyramid Head. From Silent Hill f, Hinako Shimizu and Fox Mask appear. In each case, the characters are sitting down. Fox Mask, Hinako, and James all have their hands on their knees, and both protagonists are holding weapons. With Pyramid Head, the character has one knee bent and is holding a huge knife. Pyramid Head appears to be the tallest at 44mm (almost two inches), while it seems Hinako might be shortest at 36mm (an inch and a half).

This is the second Konami series to get Machiboke Still Waiting for You figures in 2026. Back in March 2026, a Metal Gear collection showed up. That involved both Snake and Metal Gears. Those also featured similar positions, with the characters sitting and looking as though they are waiting for someone to arrive or something to happen.
The Silent Hill Machiboke Still Waiting for You figures of characters from 2 and f will show up in Japan in September 2026. We should see them worldwide after that. Silent Hill 2 remake is on the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC, as is Silent Hill f.
