Bring your tournaments together under a single competitive structure. With Toornament’s Circuit and Leaderboards features, organizers can manage multi-tournament competitions, define classifications and track participant performance over time.
Whether you’re running a seasonal championship, a regional competition or a multi-tier esports league, Circuits provide a centralized way to organize your tournaments and build a consistent competitive experience.
Available with the Community plan and above, the Circuit feature allows you to group tournaments, organize them through classifications and calculate rankings based on participants’ results across multiple events.
Create and Configure Your Circuit
With the right plan, you can create a Circuit with its name and then configure its information and presentation through the Settings menu. Add a description and logo to introduce your competition and help participants identify it.
You can also define the classifications used to organize your circuit:
- Seasons to group tournaments within a specific competitive period.
- Regions to distinguish geographical areas or competitive divisions.
- Tiers to separate tournaments according to their competitive level.

These classifications can be combined to fit your competition structure. For example, a circuit can include several regions within the same season, with different tiers representing different levels of competition.
Add Tournaments to Your Circuit
Tournaments can be created directly within a circuit or associated with an existing one, provided they belong to the same Project and are not already part of another circuit.
A Project can contain multiple circuits, but each tournament can belong to only one circuit at a time.
When adding a tournament, you can assign it a Season, Region, and/or Tier. These classifications determine how the tournament is organized within the circuit and which leaderboards its results can contribute to.
Classifications can be updated at any time, allowing you to adapt your circuit as your competition evolves.
Create Leaderboards Across Tournaments
Circuits also allow you to create Leaderboards that calculate points earned by participants across multiple tournaments.
To create a leaderboard, give it a name and select the discipline and participant type it applies to. You can then define the Season and/or Region covered by the leaderboard, or choose to include all seasons and regions.
The next step is to configure the points scale. This determines how many points participants earn according to their final position in each tournament included in the leaderboard.
You can define different points scales for different tiers, allowing higher-level tournaments to award more points than lower-tier events.

Participants earn points according to their final position in each eligible tournament. Their accumulated points are then used to calculate their position in the leaderboard.
Customize your Circuit
A circuit can be more than a list of tournaments and rankings. Toornament provides customization options to help organizers present their competition and communicate its identity.
Depending on your needs, you can customize several elements:
- Text fields: Add a description and information about the competition’s calendar, format, and prize pool.
- Visual identity: Upload logos and banners to give your circuit a recognizable appearance.
- Sponsors: Display sponsors and their associated information as part of your circuit presentation.

These options help organizers provide participants with the information they need while maintaining a consistent identity across their competition.
Manage your Circuit
On top of everything, Circuits also have dedicated tools to help you manage them:
- Activity log: Access a record of actions performed within the circuit, helping organizers keep track of activity.
- Permissions: Manage access and responsibilities by assigning permissions to other users involved in the circuit’s administration.
Build Your Own Competitive Structure
From a series of community tournaments to a multi-region championship with several competitive tiers, Circuits and Leaderboards provide the tools to organize competitions over time and track performance across events.
By combining classifications, flexible points scales and customization options, organizers can create a competitive structure that reflects their own rules and objectives.
