After Greenway and Bond uncovered a sinister web of lies and deception in 007: First Light’s previous chapter, Uninvited sees the pair return to London, where M tells them to stand down. However, it seems their new intel has painted a target on their back, as Bond finds out when he gets a particularly rude house call.

Our Uninvited walkthrough will cover this full mission, including running you through all the Opportunities you can take advantage of in the Gala area and how to find every single collectible along the way.

    In this guide:

NOTE: This walkthrough is built around a loadout containing the Laser Strap and the Phone Dart. Make sure you have both equipped in Out Of The Ashes if you don’t want to miss out on any of the opportunities detailed below.

    Traffic

After a lengthy opening cutscene, you’ll begin the chapter driving Greenway through London. Drop him off at his local, where I presume he drinks with all his fellow spies in a far less classy version of the hotel from John Wick, then follow the road back to Bond’s apartment.

    Back Home

After entering the apartment, Bond will decide it’s time to head to his room. Feel free to take a quick look around, then head towards the waypoint.

    Collectible: James Bond Intel

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the location of the James Bond Intel in Uninvited.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

When entering Bond’s bedroom, you can find a picture on his bedside table. Examine this picture to get the James Bond Intel. Make sure you don’t grab the note on the windowsill beforehand, as it’ll progress the mission!

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond facing off against the assassin in his apartment.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

When you’re ready, approach the windowsill in Bond’s room and read the mysterious note that’s appeared there to cue a cutscene. When we regain control, we’re mid-fight with an assassin. Donk his head into the mirror and hit him with some stiff knees to the head to finish him off.

After the first assassin is down, head through the apartment to the kitchen, where you’ll find the assassin’s buddy. Spam 3 throwables from around the kitchen to ping the Kitchen Wars challenge, then beat him senseless until you cue another cutscene.

    Sharpshooter

We’ll regain control as Bond is targeted by a sniper that’s relentlessly persistent. Here are some ground rules for this segment:

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the sniper attacking Bond in his apartment.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive
    • The sniper is quick, and will catch you if you’re out of cover and his laser is in your vicinity, even if you’re sprinting.
    • You’re free to move when his laser points away from you, so look for nearby cover and make short sprints through the environment when he loses your position.
    • Along the path, you’ll spot hackable distractions. You can use these to set up a window to make a long sprint. Just hack them, and the sniper will focus his beam on the distractible. That’s your cue to dash to the next cover.

With that out of the way, it’s worth noting that you can net the Missed Me challenge by taking no damage in this sniper segment. Just make sure to keep distracting the sniper and sprinting after shots to ensure you get through unscathed.

When you start the segment, wait for the sniper’s laser to move to the right-hand side of the room, then dip between the sofas, into the living room, out onto the balcony, and over the blue tarp at the end of the path to reach the rooftop below.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the route players should run during the Sharpshooter segment.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing where players should climb up to the roof in the Sharpshooter segment.

Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

After you land, take cover. When the laser is focused away, we’re going to quickly dash between the three skylights ahead, using the hackable ventilation systems and other bits and bobs further across the rooftop to give ourselves a longer window to cover ground.

Move between each skylight until you reach the end of this rooftop, then quickly hop to the next roof, but don’t pull yourself up. Hang on the ledge, then sidle over to the chimney on the right-hand side and climb up, using the brick wall beneath it as cover.

Wait for the sniper to move his aim to the other side of the roof, before hopping the fence and sliding behind the wall ahead. When you’re sniper-beam-free, cross to the wall to your left, then down to the sofa against the left-hand wall of the terrace garden in front of you. Once you’re in cover, push up to the wall next to the goofy-lookin’ gnome you can see directly in front of you.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing how to cross the garden terrace in the Sharpshooter segment.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the solar panel area in the Sharpshooter segment.

Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

Climb up and hide behind the planters above you, then cross around the wall until you can climb up to the next terrace. There are some solar panels up here, but a word of warning: the sniper can shoot through them, knocking them down. So, use them as temporary cover to absorb bullets while moving between the chimneys and towards the scaffolding at the back of the rooftop.

When you reach it, head up the ladder and follow the scripted story sequence, hopping across to the roof beyond, scaling the ladder up the crane, smashing it into the antenna above the sniper, then crossing the crane and sliding down onto his perch.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond in the crane segment of Sharpshooter.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

Afterwards, chase the sniper down until you cue a cutscene. When Bond regains control, head through the back alley you’re standing in, then slip through a gate to cue a cutscene and head to the main portion of this mission: The Gala.

    Gala Entrance

When you arrive at the Gala, walk to the counter and a receptionist will tell you that you need an invite to enter. We have two options for bypassing security and entering the event:

    Collectible: 8 Of Acorns Card

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the location of the 8 Of Acorns Card.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

While in this initial lobby area, you’ll find a bench just to the right of the three security guards standing watch at the entrance. You’ll find the 8 Of Acorns card on this bench, so make sure to add it to your Card collection.

    Steal an invite

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing how to get invitations in the Gala Entrance.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond flashing the guest pass in the Gala Entrance.

Steal one of these invites, then flash it to the guards to get through to the Gala. | Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

The easiest option is to just yoink an invite. When using Q Lens, you’ll see that plenty of the guests in this lobby have invites in their pockets. Find one of these guests, Phone Dart them, then pickpocket the invite. When Bond approaches security, he’ll flash it to access the Gala.

    Bypass Security

Option two is really only to mark off the Gate Crasher challenge, considering it’s far more work. Approach the security checkpoint, then Phone Dart one of the three guards. Run back to reception and use the conveniently-placed recharging hand sanitiser on the desk (a wondrous invention, I must say). Quickly refill your chemical meter, then Phone Dart the second guard and laser strap the final one before walking through undetected.

    Get Upstairs – All Opportunities

Bond will emerge on the ground floor of the Gala, activating his proximity hacking device. Use it to track down the location of the assassin. You’ll catch his trace in the bathroom on the right-hand side of the Gala, only for Bond to realise he’s ditched his phone in a bin, meaning we’ll need to go find him the old-fashioned way.

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing Bond arriving at the Gala in Uninvited.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

When we walk back into the Gala, we’ll begin another of 007: First Light’s Opportunity-led objectives, meaning there are multiple ways to reach the goal. We’ll need to get upstairs to the Security Room. Below, we’ll run through all of the Opportunities you can exploit to reach this area, as well as any collectibles that crop up in each of them. If you want to find a specific one, you can skip ahead using the links below:

    Scooped

Scooped revolves around Bond disguising himself as a member of the press, using his credentials to reach the security room unhindered. You can begin the Opportunity by eavesdropping on the woman on her phone near the bar, learning that she’s waiting on a photographer who’s taking way too long to arrive.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond eavesdropping on the press liaison.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing which option you choose when speaking to the press liaison.

Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

When she’s done talking, approach and talk to her. Bond will pretend he’s a photographer, and she’ll ask which one. Tell her you’re Mike Chacksfield, as she’s met Rob Minkley before. She’ll tell you to get your press badge and your camera, then head upstairs.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the location of the Press Badge.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

Head to the press room on the bottom left-hand side of the Gala’s main hall. Inside, you’ll see the woman the press liaison referred you to standing by the table near the door at the back of the room. If you talk to her, she’ll call your bluff almost instantly, no matter what you say. So, Phone Dart her, then grab the Press Badge from the table beside her.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing how to sneak past the press security area, using Sleep Dart and a hack.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the location of the camera.

The guard you should Phone Dart to get the camera is highlighted green, and the microphone you need to hack is highlighted blue. | Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

Now, let’s get the camera. On the opposite side of the room from where you found the press badge, you’ll spot two security guards in a sectioned-off area. If you look closely, you’ll see the camera between the two tables at the back of this guarded path. Phone Dart the guard at the entrance to the area, then hack the microphone in front of the second guard. With both distracted, sneak in and grab the camera.

    Collectible: Webb Industries Intel

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the location of the Webb Industries Intel in the gala in Uninvited.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

While you’re grabbing the camera, look on the table to your right, and you’ll spot a brochure. Examine it to get the Webb Industries Intel.

Now that you have both items, you’ll be able to make your way past the museum security guards stationed at the bottom of the stairs marked by your waypoint.

    The Tardy Guard

If you head to the press room in the bottom left-corner of the Gala hall, you’ll find an eavesdropping opportunity. Listen in, and you’ll learn about a guard who hasn’t shown up to work. Speak to the guard at the checkpoint afterwards, and he’ll tell you that you can find a guard rota in the cafe.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond eavesdropping on the two guards talking about their friend.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond eavesdropping on the cafe workers.

Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

After you’re done chatting, head towards the cafe marked by your waypoint. You’ll find an eavesdropping spot at the bar.

    Collectible: Concert Poster Legacy

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the location of the cafe where players will find the Concert Poster Legacy collectible.

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the location of the Concert Poster collectible that you'll find in Uninvited.

Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

When emerging back into the main area of the Gala, cross to the opposite side of the venue and look for a door into a cafe on the other side. On a table in the back right-hand corner of this cafe, you’ll find a brochure for a concert. Examine it to get a Legacy collectible.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing where the drawer with the password in the cafe is.
You’ll find the drawer with the password here! | Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

After listening in, you’ll discover that the password to a tablet containing the guard rota is in a drawer behind the bar. Bluff or distract the two servers, then head in and open the drawer in the centre of the bar to learn the password. Take this password over to the tablet on the back counter to learn that the missing guard’s name is Harry Sykes.

Head back to the guard and tell him about Harry Sykes, and he’ll leave his post. You can then head through the door behind where he was standing, accessing the cloak room.

    Collectible: Anniversary Pin Memento

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the route to the Anniversary Pin Memento in Uninvited.

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the location of the Anniversary Pin Memento in Uninvited.

Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

When entering the cloak room, you can find the Anniversary Pin Memento on a metal cart, near the passage between the two cases you can slip through to avoid the staff member on his phone.

Take a right here, passing through the boxes to avoid the leaning staff member on his phone, and towards the door at the end of the passage. Use the Laser Strap to unlock the door, then pass through and head up the stairs to your left.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing how to get through the chivalry exhibit.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

They’ll take you through to an exhibit on medieval history, where you’ll find a squad of roaming guards. I personally like to think the police department’s just having a field trip to the local museum, and these guys are diligently reading all the plaques.

    Collectible: Ober Of Roses Card

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the location of the Ober Of Roses Card.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

After entering this exhibit, you can find the Ober Of Roses Card on the pack of boxes in the centre of the room.

Bluff these guys if you have the Focus to do so, or sneak around the perimeter, then exit via the doors in the back right-hand corner of the room to reach the upper floor.

    Webb Pr Manager’s Keycard

This Opportunity sees Bond nick a keycard to get upstairs. In the bottom right-hand corner of the Gala, near the entrance to the future of Webb Industries exhibit, you’ll find a worker speaking to a security guard. If you eavesdrop, the guard will ask the worker if she still has Webb’s PR Manager’s keycard, which she does.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond eavesdropping on the guards talking about the PR Keycard.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing how to steal the PR Keycard.

Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

After the conversation, you’ll quickly notice that this security guard is steadfast in his pursuit of flirting with the worker. He can’t really be moved by anything, to the point where he’ll eat a Phone Dart and push the sickness down into his very depths so he can continue failing to spit game. So, Phone Dart the worker instead, then head down the steps next to them and look for a space between two signs on your immediate left.

Squeeze through them, and then hop over the glass barrier into the small restricted area behind the worker. Pickpocket the Keycard, then hop back over the glass and leave.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the route to the door you unlock with the Keycard.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the second step of the route you take with the keycard.

Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

Now, head up the stairs near where you entered the Gala, and you’ll find a door you can open with the Keycard. Follow the path along the route beyond until you reach another keycard door, then open it and follow the route up to the security room.

    Security Office

When you arrive at the Security Office, two men will stop you as you reach the door. Despite Bond telling them it’s an emergency, they’ll brush him off, leaving us locked outside.

There are two main ways to get into the CCTV room. You can use the Museum Keycard on the door to the left of the entrance to walk in, or Laser Strap the grate on its right to sneak in via the vents. Either way, you’ll wind up in the entrance room to the Security area.

    Collectible: Stephen Bright Intel

While in the first room of Security, look for a door in the back right-hand corner. It’ll take you to a conference room, and on the desk inside, you’ll find the Stephen Bright Intel.

Whichever path you took, look for a door on the left-hand side of the room, near a security camera, that leads into an office block.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the path into the office block in the Security Room.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing how to get through to the back area of the Security Room.

Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

Upon entering, keep to the right-hand side of the room, following the path past some office dividers until you clock a door to your right. Head through it, paying no mind to the two dudes inside this room. They’re just regular employees who will ignore you.

Pass through the door behind these men and you’ll reach a staff room with the two guards we spoke to earlier. They’re chatting by a pool table, so, upon entering, deactivate the security camera to your left and sneak by them using the bookcases to your right.

You’ll be able to clearly see the entrance to the CCTV room here, but getting in there will be a pain with all the guards in the centre of the room. To knock off another challenge and have an easier time passing by security, look for a door at the back of the room with a fire escape sign above it.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the path to the balcony in the Security Room.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond climbing up to the roof of the Security Room.

Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

Use the Laser Strap to unlock this door, then walk out onto the balcony beyond. There are two guards out here and a camera watching the walkway. Wait for the guard closest to you to patrol to the other side of the balcony, then look for a climbable pipe behind where he was originally standing.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond's path in the CCTV room using the skylight.

Climb it to reach the roof, then follow the rooftop path underneath some pipes and over a tarp until you arrive at some Skylights. Hack one of them open, then drop through it to reach the CCTV room (and unlock the Dropping In challenge).

How to find the CCTV password

You’re now in the CCTV room, so approach the computer and interact with it. Bond will realise he needs a password, beginning a hunt around the office.

    Collectible: Kensington Postcard

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the location of the Kensington postcard in the Security Office.

After reaching the CCTV room, you’ll find the Kensington Postcard on a table in the bottom left-hand corner of the office. Examine it to add it to your stash.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the location of the password in the CCTV room.
You’ll find the mug here! | Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

To find the password, look for a mug in the back left-hand corner of the office. While examining the mug flip it to find the password scrawled on the bottom.

Take the password back to the computer, watch a cutscene, and Bond will decide he’s going down to the basement. Leave through the front doors of the CCTV office, then look for the Basement Archive elevator on your left before heading inside and interacting with the panel to descend.

    Basement

Now we’re in the Basement, follow the route until you spot some cases you can squeeze through to your left. Laser Strap the chain off them, then squeeze through, and pass through the offices on your right until you reach a control panel. Flip it on, exit the door to your left, and pass through the metal gates ahead.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the locked path through the crates in the Basement.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

In the warehouse on the other side of the gates, you’ll cue a cutscene which runs straight through to our very first boss encounter.

    Tero Murto boss fight

This next segment will see us locking horns with Tero, the assassin who tried to kill us both in Slovakia and our apartment. This cheeky little bastard remembers what it was like throwing hands with us in Slovakia, though, and has decided to even the odds by pulling a gun this time around.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond hiding from Tero Murto in his boss fight.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

As a result, Bond can’t approach Tero head-on, forcing us to play this whole showdown in stealth mode. While you might initially think, like I did, that the idea is to stealth attack Tero, instead, you have to hit him with nearby environmental damage using objects in the room. The objects on offer are:

    • Chandeliers – Use the Laser Strap to knock them down while Tero’s under them to deal damage.
    • Fume Extractors – While Tero’s standing in the red light these emit, hack them to burn him.
    • Cargo Lifts – While Tero walks over a Cargo Lift, activate it to electrocute him.
    • Flood Lights – While Tero’s standing in front of a flood light, activate it to blind him (dealing damage… somehow?).

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the chandelier hazard.

From left to right: Chandelier, Fume Extractor, Cargo Lift, Flood Light

You’ll want to essentially roam the environment, using any nearby hazards to deal damage, but be warned. Tero has proximity scanners around the maze of boxes that will trigger if you stand in front of them, giving away your position. If you get spotted, sprint as far away as you can and hide. Tero will be hot on your tail, but if you round a corner quick enough, you’ll be able to re-enter stealth.

If you’re struggling to get him into the right spot to activate a hazard, be sure to use your Lure ability and to activate the distractibles stationed near most hazards to position him correctly.

Once you’ve hit him with three different hazards, the fight will end, as Bond finishes the fight in a cutscene.

    Bond Meets Damien

After the fight’s done and dusted, follow the path until you see rooms on your right and left. Enter the room on the right, pushing to the back and finding a white box near a computer. Open it to get the Restoration Room Keycard. Take the keycard back to the Restoration Room opposite and open the door.

    Collectible: Tero Murto Locket

When entering the Restoration Room, look on the table in the middle of the area to find Tero Murto’s locket.

You’ll find the key to the Restoration Room in the left image, and the door on the right is where you use it. | Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

Continue through the doors at the back of the Restoration Room, and follow the route up to an elevator that takes you back to the Gala, where you’ll cue a cutscene. When you regain control, push towards the stage, and you’ll be guided through a story sequence that ends with you being taken to the Storage Room.

    Storage Room

When Bond comes to, we’ll be mid-interrogation. This may seem on rails, like most other dialogue sequences, but Bond can die if he gets a bit too cocky.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond's health and the hack progress in the interrogation segment.
You can see your health and the progress of the hack down here. | Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

Essentially, to complete the hack Bond’s performing on Damien, you’ll want to “provoke” him until your health is almost gone, then “stall” to recover. Push too hard, and Damien will off you. Don’t push enough, and the hack will fail. Here’s the correct sequence:

    1. Provoke
    2. Provoke
    3. Stall
    4. Provoke

The segment will then end, as Bond is freed, attempting to escape with Isola.

    Collectible: King Of Shields Card

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the location of the King OF Shields Card.

After being freed from your torture chair in the Storage Room, look for a desk behind the chair. On top of the desk is the King Of Shields Card.

Head into the next room with Isola, check both doors when asked, then boost Isola up to the window. Afterwards, two guards will enter the room. Wait for them to head into the Storage Room, then pass through the door they entered through.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the hidden vent in the Storage Room.
The sneaky path begins through here. | Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

In the room beyond, you’ll see a pair of double doors, but if you look in the corner opposite them, you’ll see a locked vent. The doors will take us straight into a combat encounter, but the vent gives us more options. Laser Strap the vent door open and crawl inside, following it through to the rafters above a Workshop.

While we look down from our vantage point, we’ll see security flood the Workshop, hunting for us. If we drop down and get spotted, we’ll enter into a firefight and have to take all these guys out with force. However, there’s a challenge we can ping by avoiding an all-out slaughterfest.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the path through the pipes to the Server Room Keycard.
Squeeze through these pipes to easily reach the Workshop Keycard and unlock access to the Server Room. | Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

While standing on the portion of the rafters you first emerged onto, look for a vent on your left. Head through it and into the maintenance shaft beyond, looking for a path between some pipes you can squeeze through to reach a hidden vent access point.

Wait for the guard on the other side of the vent to walk away from you, then crawl through and immediately look to your left. You’ll spot a workbench, and on top of it is the Workshop Keycard. Grab the Workshop Keycard and re-enter the vent, returning to the rafters.

Follow the path of the rafters that veers to the left, crossing to the very end, then looking down to the floor below. You’ll see the door to the server room. When the patrolling guard isn’t looking, hop down and pass through this door.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the way to the Server Room door.

Take the guard down in the server room, then climb the server stacks he’s facing, heading through a vent and following the route out of the Server Room. When you escape, you’ll ping the Rack N’ Roll challenge.

Now we’re free, we’ll clock that we’ve reached the top-most balcony of the Gala. Hop across to the rafters here and follow them to the balcony on the other side.

    Collectible: 8 Of Roses Card

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the location of the 8 Of Roses Card.

After finishing the rafters segment and vaulting over to the balcony, don’t immediately exit towards the Courtyard. Instead, take a right and look for a crate, where you’ll find the 8 Of Roses Card.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing Bond cross the rafters above the Gala.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

When you’re ready to continue, head through the door to reach the Gala rooftop.

    The Courtyard

Follow the route along the rooftop path until you spot three skylights. Drop through the second skylight’s open window to reach The Courtyard. As you do, you’ll cue a cutscene, as Bond learns about a keycard he needs to exit the area.

As usual for 007: First Light, there are a bunch of ways to complete this Courtyard area, and if you want to go experiment, tinker and improvise, feel free! However, we’ve put together an ideal stealth path to make sure you’re in and out without any hassle.

    Collectible: 9 Of Shields

A screenshot from 007 First Light, showing the location of the vent leading to the 9 Of Shields Card.

Our stealth path won’t take you through the Dining Room, but there’s a collectable to be found there. So, I’ll guide you from the starting point of the Courtyard checkpoint. Head down the path to your right and take the stairs down to the corridor below, then take a second right and follow the passage of rooms to your left until you reach the Dining Room.

Inside, you’ll find a locked door that requires a code. There’s also a locked vent you can open using the Laser Strap to your right, but if you don’t want to go through the hassle, the door code is 3256.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the first step in our route through the Courtyard.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the second step in our route through the Courtyard.

Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

From behind the box Bond was eavesdropping behind, take a left to the end of the balcony, looking for a blue tarp on the railing to your right as you reach the end of it. Vault this railing and follow the scaffolding up and towards a gap you can cross to a second set of scaffolding. Hop across, then wait behind the rail at the end of the path, where a guard on the other side is scrolling on his phone.

A second guard will come in and talk to him before going back to his patrol. When the conversation’s done, take out the first guard, then finish off his buddy. With both out of the way, circle around to the corridor at the back of the Courtyard, heading across to the balcony attached to it.

In the middle of the corridor, you’ll spot two men watching a generator. They’ll note that the generator going out would be bad news, considering anyone could exit the area without needing a keycard. That would be a bummer, huh? Drop the chandelier above these men to take out the one closest to the generator, then wait for an opportunity to take out his buddy.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the fourth step in our route through the Courtyard.

Activate the generator in the left image before heading into the corridor one floor down using the path in the right image. | Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

Quickly approach the generator before the third guard down the hall notices, then turn it off to guarantee our exit strategy.

Return to the balcony opposite the generator, then head down the scaffolding to your right, taking a second right through a wall and into the bottom-floor corridor. There are two guards here who will refuse to budge, so bluff them and then walk right through the exit to get out undetected.

    Webb Exhibition

Push through the passage ahead until you enter a large art exhibition. Although I believe you can technically stealth through this, there are no challenges attached, so let’s pull out the blicky and get some good ol’ catharsis. Find a good spot for cover, then pull out your gun and get blasting as soldiers flood the room.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the shootout in the art exhibit.
Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

The gallery is a bit of an awkward spot to hold out, considering there’s ample opportunity for flanking. But there are several explosives and two narrow passages where you can force foes into a bottleneck, so keep blowing up soldiers as they roam the exhibit, using Focus to take out flankers. If a heavy with a powerful shotgun is getting close, use your Focus to shoot off their helmet, allowing you to easily headshot them and remove them from the fight.

Other than that, the same rules as always apply. Aim for the head, keep moving to scrounge ammo, and try to stay in solid cover as frequently as possible. When the room’s clear, stop for a second and see if you triggered the IT Specialist challenge, which requires breaking 15 screens in the room. If you haven’t, shoot a few more screens on the walls to pop the challenge, then head for the exit doors.

    Loading Dock

Bond will exit into a corridor leading to the Loading Dock. Make your way outside, and enemies will instantly begin firing. Wait for them to finish shooting before dipping between each cover until you reach a crate you can roll across to a garbage truck. Bond will acquire the keys from the driver, then hop in.

A screenshot from 007 First Light's Uninvited chapter, showing the alternate route in the garbage truck chase.
Divert down this path to pop the Bin Collection challenge. | Image credit: Rock Paper Shotgun / IO Interactive

From here, everything’s basically on rails to the end of the mission. The only thing to note is that, during the drive, you’ll spot the path divert, with the right path heading through a construction site. Take that path and you’ll ping the Bin Collection challenge.

With that done, enjoy the ride, making sure to crash extra hard into the Coca-Cola Zero truck that wheels out halfway through, ensuring you silence that filthy brand for sinking its artificially sweetened claws into this marvellous video game.

And with that, Bond will go to save Greenway, causing the pair to suit up and head out on a mission to infiltrate Webb Industries in search of clues. We’ll get to that in the next section of our 007: First Light walkthrough. In the meantime, if you want to catch up on collectibles, be sure to take a look at our guides to finding all all Intel, all Cards, all Postcards, all Mementos and all Legacy items.
