The introduction of The Third Sin DLC has added a bunch of new skins to Blasphemous 2. These skins are purely cosmetic and do not provide any gameplay advantages.
While some of them are tied to progression through the DLC areas and their various activities, others can be found in base game regions and are linked to end-game content. In total, there are eight skins to unlock, and collecting all of them rewards players with the Omnis Facies Poenitentiae trophy/achievement.

For this, you need to get Ending B. If you have the Incense of the Envoys, you must choose “Deny.” |

For this, you need to get Ending A. When prompted, choose “Agree” to give the Incense of the Envoys. |

Perfidy |
|
From the Prie Dieu located in the middle of the Elevated Temple, head left. In the next room, this skin is sitting in the middle of the platform. |

Atonement |
|
From the southern Shrine in Two Moons, head to the top-left corner just below the western Prie Dieu of this area. After making your way through the section that requires both Veredicto and Sarmiento & Centella, climb the ladder and look to the left to find it. |

The Third Sin |
|
For this, you need to complete the DLC, which involves finding and interacting with the three statues marked on the map, as well as defeating Crescencia, Duchess of the Sleeping Visage. |

How to Get Penance of Virtue Skin in Blasphemous 2
Fragment of Helm of Virtue
Go down the ladder next to the middle Shrine in Stone Entrails and, instead of exiting via the right side, hit the wall on the left to reveal a hidden passage leading to the first piece.
Fragment of Leg of Virtue
From the western Shrine in Geometry of Knowledge, head left and drop all the way to the bottom. Climb up one platform and hit the wall on the left to reveal a hidden passage containing the second piece.
Fragment of Breastplate of Virtue
From the Prie Dieu in The Vibrating of the Organs, head right and exit the room. Drop down and take the first exit on the right, which is blocked by a Red Crest Gate. Open it using the Ring to find a lone platform containing the final piece of the skin.
With all the pieces in your possession, you will get the Urn of the Penitent of Virtue, which unlocks the skin and the trophy.
