Tokyo Game Show is a celebration of the creators, developers, and communities shaping the future of gaming. As we celebrate 25 years of XBOX and over 20 years in Japan, Tokyo Game Show is an opportunity to recognize the players, creators, and developers who have helped define gaming culture.
During the XBOX Tokyo Game Show 2026 Broadcast, we offered players a look at what’s coming to XBOX from Activision, Bethesda, KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS, KOEI TECMO, and SEGA. The show featured 17 fresh gameplay reveals, announcements, a surprise release, and a world premiere.
We saw a new campaign trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, launching October 23, 2026, while Fallout 76 showed an animated trailer for its eerie new update, The Slasher, available now.
Studios throughout Asia and around the globe brought even more surprises. Serenity Forge unveiled a world premiere for Faraday Blues, Netmarble bought brand-new gameplay for Bloomwalker (which is now officially part of the beloved Ni No Kuni universe), and SEGA revealed Japan as one of the locations coming to Crazy Taxi: World Tour.
We also saw new gameplay for Raji: Kaliyuga, Wo Long 2, Wings of Ember and Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement, a character reveal for Persona 4 Revival, and shared that Shape of Dreams is available to play on XBOX today.

KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS Reveals the Talent Behind PHYSINT’s Lead Role
Just when it appeared that the XBOX Tokyo Game Show 2026 Broadcast had come to a close, legendary game creator Hideo Kojima appeared to reveal fresh updates on OD – KNOCK and PHYSINT, including that Swedish actor and producer Bill Skarsgård will portray the lead role in PHYSINT, sharing a new poster for the title featuring Skarsgård and Charlee Fraser. Japanese developer ArtPlay revealed an action-packed new gameplay trailer for Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement, coming in 2027. From legendary producer IGA (Koji Igarashi), Bloodstained: The Scarlet Engagement is a new metroidvania adventure set in the gothic world of 16th Century England. The new trailer showcases the game’s fast-paced 2.5D action, with protagonists Leo and Alex battling their way through formidable enemies while exploring a sprawling, cursed land.
Bloomwalker’s New Trailer Reveals New Gameplay and Pocket Dimension
Bloomwalker unveiled a new trailer, this time showcasing the Pocket Dimension! Through a door inside the Moving House, the Pocket Dimension is a special, self-contained area where players can construct buildings and freely customize their surroundings. Alongside their Familiars and Higgledies, players can gradually transform the space into a lively home and enjoy the game’s crafting and housing experience.

Once Human, the free-to-play strange worlds survival game, unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming Ocean Expansion: Isles of Abyss – its largest free content update to date.
