Beast Of Reincarnation may not on the surface look or behave like a soulslike, but its Campsites are the one major mechanic Game Freak have brought over from that genre. Campsites can be found dotted about all 12 maps in the game, and Emma and Koo can rest at each of them to heal and level up. They also act as fast travel locations, and checkpoints which respawn all nearby enemies just as you’d expect from Elden Ring or Dark Souls.
This makes Campsites pretty much the most important locations to discover in each zone of the game. So to that end, we’ve put together the below guide revealing all Campsite locations in Beast Of Reincarnation across every map and Chapter.
On this page:
Chapter 1 Campsites (Ogouchi Buffer Zone)
Campsite 1 (Village Surroundings)
The Village Surroundings Campsite is only a few steps north from the Cleanse Walker’s initial location in the Ogouchi Buffer Zone. Just follow the path down the hill and you’ll find it.
Mark as discovered.
Campsite 2 (Upstream)
From Campsite 1, head southeast, hugging the edge of the hill on your right and the farmland on your left. You’ll come to a grassy area patrolled by several low-level Golems. In the grassy area, near the domed machine wreck to the east, you’ll find Campsite 2 (Upstream).
Mark as discovered.
Campsite 3 (Cliffside Village: Outskirts)
From the Village Surroundings Campsite (Campsite 1), head northwest towards the large wrecked walker. At its base you’ll find a large square hole in the ground, surrounded by crates. Drop down the hole and head west, over the rubble. Just beyond you’ll find Campsite 3.
Mark as discovered.
Campsite 4 (Cliffside Village: Interior)
Starting at the walker wreckage above Campsite 3, head southwest towards the cliffside. At the waterfall, grapple up to the top. Then head through the village and climb to the upper ledge on the far southwest side to reach the Cliffside Village: Interior Campsite.

Campsite 7 (Subcity 01 Entrance)
From the Cliff-Facing Tower, backtrack partway down the path to the south, and you’ll find the entrance to Subcity 01 on the east side of the path, amid some tents and wreckage. Turn the crank to open the way down into the Subcity, and follow the path downward to find the Subcity 01 Entrance Campsite.
