There are plenty of visible amethysts within it since it has high ceilings and large chambers. If you’re not used to surviving on an island, you won’t have to worry too much as this island floats next to a peninsula connected to the mainland. Cross over to the land to gather Cherry Grove and snowy biome resources to use to improve your island.

Forested Turtle Island
Turtles swarm the Beach biome on this cozy island. While you cannot tame turtles, you can take this opportunity to get turtle eggs and create a pen to keep a few pet turtles in. Stony Islands for Trio Survival
This island seed is perfect for a group of three friends looking to play together. You’ll have immediate access to three survival islands, leaving you to claim one each or split them between each other. The first island has a small Forest biome, so you’ll want to use it for gathering wood. In contrast, the second island would be best used for mining ores since it is mainly made of Stony Shores. The third and final island is perfect for farming and animal rearing because half of it is a Plains biome.

Split River island
The island at Spawn is large, but it has been split into smaller islands by two long rivers cutting through it. It is home to a variety of biomes, including a Desert, Plains, and a Savanna. Long survival island
You’ll never need to worry about running out of space on this island. It’s over 1,000 blocks wide and is home to a Plains Village for all players. Java players have the benefit of a Trail Ruins structure on a small Taiga island nearby while Bedrock players are gifted with a ruined Nether portal that is almost completed. If you want to play with friends, you can easily divide this island into sections so everyone has land to build on.

Giant Plains island with small Cherry Groves
Usually, Minecraft islands are small and home to a handful of biomes, especially Plains. While this island is mainly made up of a Plains biome, it is also home to two small Cherry Grove biomes while being massive in size. Mushroom Fields haven

No regular survival island can compare to a Mushroom Island. Monsters are unable to spawn on the Mycelium blocks covering the surface of Mushroom Islands, making it the safest biome to live in. Gather wood from the Savanna to build a boat for the journey and, as always, make sure to bring saplings with you! Growing new trees will be a lot easier than trying to scavenge wood from sunken ships.

Sprawling Taiga islands

This Taiga island is divided into three by a series of small rivers running through it. Bedrock players will find two buried treasure chests and a set of Trail Ruins near the starting portion of the island. In contrast, Java players will need to explore nearby ruins, shipwrecks, and an Ocean Monument for resources. They will have a ruined Nether portal underwater by the Ocean Monument. If the Monument contains a sponge room, you could potentially excavate the portal and head to the Nether from the bottom of the ocean.

A beginner’s Minecraft island
The best way to start a survival game on an island is when it has a village with a blacksmith. Tiny multi-biome island
You can’t see it in the screenshot above, but there’s actually a huge mushroom island to the west of the island where you spawn. The nearest coastline can be found by sailing to the northwest; that’s where you’ll also find an Ocean Monument. Mushroom Islands are excellent for survival as no hostile mobs ever spawn there.

Two Plains Villages by a floating Ocean Ruin Cluster
This seed has a large mainland village a short boat ride away from a small island with a much smaller Plains Village. The main village has six farms, giving you plenty of resources to start your survival world with. Explore the ocean around the island to find Ocean Ruins, Ocean Monuments, and shipwrecks. If you decide to travel to the north, you’ll stumble upon a giant Mushroom Island.

It’s always nice to land on an island with a village and a shipwreck nearby. This island actually has two shipwrecks in close proximity, giving it its name. Towering island with a village
You’ll find an Ocean Monument and an island village at spawn! While the island itself isn’t very big, its towering height makes it an anomaly in Minecraft. It has just enough wood for you to build a boat and travel around. You can also replant the trees and use them to craft a ladder or a set of staircases leading up and down the island.
