Ahead of the debut of the 3.0 patch for Zenless Zone Zero, HoYoVerse shared voice actors and official art for Season 3 characters. All of them will appear in Before the Wind Rises, and they even show up in a new trailer showing them in-game. However, we don’t know how many of them could also end up being playable and when they’ll debut on banners yet. The only confirmed units are Roscaelifer External Strategy Department members Norma and Velina, who debut when the that new version launches.
First, here’s the full list of all the characters and their English and Japanese voice actors confirmed for Zenless Zone Zero season 3 so far:
- Claret: Cassandra Lee Morris (English) and Kana Ueda (Japanese).
- Norma: Madeline Dorroh (English) and Fuka Izumi (Japanese).
- Phoenix: Michaela Jill Murphy (English) and Akane Fujita (Japanese).
- Remielle: Amber Lee Connors (English) and Saori Onishi (Japanese).
- Roxy: Bryn Apprill (English) and Chinatsu Akasaki (Japanese).
- Severian: Blythe Melin (English) and Toshiyuki Morikawa (Japanese).
- Sigrid: Dani Chambers (English) and Yuhko Kaida (Japanese).
- The Storyteller: Laura Welsh (English) and Anna Yamaki (Japanese).
- Sunbringer: Erica Lindbeck (English) and Sayaka Oohara (Japanese).
- Velina: Rhiannon Moushall (English) and Chiwa Saito (Japanese).

Here’s the full Zenless Zone Zero Season 3 teaser trailer that highlights the new characters and lets us hear some of their voice acting ahead of 3.0.
These are only the first 10 characters of 3.0, and it’s possible we could see more announced once Season 3 starts. Especially since we typically see at least two new S-rank Agents introduced with each patch.
We do know Norma and Velina will be the first characters on banners in Zenless Zone Zero 3.0. That’s also when the first Phaethon faction character Pyrois, an Etheric Other who is paired with the Proxy Belle or Wise, will debut then too.
Zenless Zone Zero is available for the PS5, Xbox Series X, PC, and mobile devices, the Steam version is on the way, and the 2.8 update arrives on May 6, 2026. The 3.0 update will appear after 2.8 ends.
