Toornament is proud to partner with global esports talent agency Prodigy Agency and NetEase Games publisher for the production of the FragPunk World Clash – Global Invitational Tournament.
Released in 2024 by Bad Guitar Studio, FragPunk is the new hero-shooter game setting new standards and offering an innovative competitive universe for millions of players across the world.
To encourage competitive play among teams and players, Prodigy and NetEase launched the first international competition for the game, with a $200,000 prize pool.
The competition sees teams compete in online qualifiers in seven regions around the world during April and May. Following the qualifiers, the top team from each region will fly to Hangzhou, China, to participate in the global finals from June 5th to 7th.
️ In addition, five of the world’s biggest streamers, especially from Prodigy’s Agency, are involved in the operation, as they will be the captains of their own regions and stream their regional finals.
As part of the qualifiers for North America, Brazil, France, Germany, and Russia, Toornament was asked to:
- Develop the tournament platform, integrated in the ultra rich FragPunk universe and showcasing the streamers ;
- Offer a seamless and immersive experience on the tournament platform for participants ;
- Provide a complete solution for managing registrations and qualifying tournaments ;
- Produce rules, recruit admins, and manage online qualifying tournaments for the five regions.
Thanks to its proprietary white-label tournament platform builder solution, Toornament was able to deliver a turnkey competition environment in record time to fulfill the operation schedule requirements.
