This NYT Crossword was a fun one. I very much enjoy when the crosswords have themes, and this one’s theme was Magic 8-Balls, the iconic future-telling toys that were so popular in the 80s and 90s. I’m glad I grew up in that era, because I am not sure how popular they are these days!
