June 2026’s major Summer Game Fest Live event recently ended and featured a slew of game announcements, trailers, and more. In case you didn’t catch everything, we’ve broken down every major announcement, trailer, and gameplay reveal that the event had to offer.
Stellar Blade: BLOOD RAIN Announced
During Summer Game Fest 2026, SHIFT UP released a new gameplay trailer announcing Stellar Blade: BLOOD RAIN. It is a sequel to Stellar Blade and is set in the same universe. The trailer features new protagonist Evie and showcases her fighting style as well as several locations, enemies, and more. A release date was not announced, but the game will be a self published title.
Resident Evil Veronica Announced
During Summer Game Fest 2026, Capcom released a new trailer announcing the highly rumored upcoming remake in the Resident Evil series, Resident Evil Veronica. The title is a remake of the 2000 Dreamcast game, Resident Evil Code: Veronica and is scheduled to launch sometime in 2027. The trailer shows protagonist Claire Redfield entering an apartment in Paris in search of her missing brother before being taken captive by a mysterious individual. It also showcases several locations, zombies, and more. According to prominent leaker NateTheHate back in January, the remake is targeting a “first half of 2027” release window.
New Cuphead Games Announced
During Summer Game Fest 2026, Studio MDHR announced two new Cuphead games: a brand-new, hand-animated Cuphead title that is currently in early development, and Mighty Cuphead Adventure, a new 8-bit action platformer. The studio also released a trailer for Mighty Cuphead Adventure, showcasing gameplay.
During Summer Game Fest 2026, SEGA and Creative Assembly released a new trailer announcing Alien: Isolation 2. While a release date was not announced, the game is set to launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC. The trailer showcases a dark forest, the interior of a ship, a glimpse of the Xenomorph, and more. Earlier in April, Creative Assembly released a teaser trailer for the game. Alien: Isolation originally launched on October 7, 2014, for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
The Wolf Among Us 2: A Telltale Series Gets New Trailer and Release Window
During Summer Game Fest 2026, developer Telltale Games and co-publisher PM Studios finally revealed a new trailer announcing that The Wolf Among Us 2: A Telltale Series will launch in 2027. It will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.

Additionally, The Wolf Among Us Remastered will launch this holiday for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Xbox One, Switch, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
Hot Wheels Infinite Rush Announced
Hot Wheels Unleashed developer Milestone announced Hot Wheels Infinite Rush. It will launch on September 24 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC (Steam, Epic Games Store).
SAW: Genesis Announced
Publisher Bloober Team and developers Broken Mirror Games and Anshar Studios released a video announcing SAW: Genesis, a three-versus-one multiplayer horror game. It will launch in Early Access for PC via Steam.
Grounded 2 Release Date Announced
Publisher Xbox Game Studios and developer Obsidian Entertainment announced that Grounded 2 will launch on August 11, alongside the game’s “Into the Abyss” update.
RuneScape: Dragonwilds Console Release Date
Jagex announced that the open-world survival crafting game RuneScape: Dragonwilds will leave Early Access on September 15 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
Virtua Fighter Crossroads Announced
Publisher SEGA and developer RGG Studio officially announced Virtua Fighter Crossroads, previously known as Virtua Fighter New Project through a new gameplay trailer. It will launch sometime in 2027.
Last Harbor Announced
tinyBuild announced Last Harbor, a multiplayer open-world zombie survival game. A release date was not announced but it will launch for PC via Steam.
Guild Wars 3, Officially Announced
ArenaNet announced Guild Wars 3, the third entry in its long-running MMORPG franchise. It will be available for PC via Steam, as well as PlayStation 5. The game’s first beta test will happen in fall 2027.
Gundam Rogue Orbit Announced
Bandai Namco and developer Bandai Namco Studios announced Gundam Rogue Orbit, a “high-mobility action game that delivers a bold new take on Gundam.” It will launch sometime in 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin Officially Announced
Paramount Games Studio and developer PlatinumGames have finally officially announced the heavily rumored TMNT game, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin. It is an “AAA action adventure game” based on the comic book series. It will be available for PC and consoles.
HAEX Co-op FPS Announced
Dead Astronauts has announced HAEX, a co-op first-person survival shooter “set in an alien-scarred wilderness engulfed by a paranormal mist.” It will launch in 2027 in Early Access for PC via Steam and Epic Games Store.
STRANGER THAN HEAVEN
SEGA and developer Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio released a new trailer announcing that STRANGER THAN HEAVEN will launch on January 15, 2027 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Microsoft Store. It will also be available on Game Pass.
gen ATLAS Fully Revealed
Developer genDESIGN and publisher Epic Games Publishing announced gen ATLAS. A release date was not announced, but it will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Epic Games Store.
Blood Message Gets New Story Trailer
Publisher NetEase Games and developer 24 Entertainment Lin’an released a three-minute story trailer for the action adventure game Blood Message.
Attack on Titan 3 Officially Revealed
Koei Tecmo and developer Omega Force announced Attack on Titan 3 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC via Steam. A release date was not announced, but additional details will be revealed on a live stream on July 1.
New Monster Hunter Expansion
Capcom released a trailer announcing Monster Hunter Wilds expansion “Ascendance.” It will launch in 2027.
New Crossfire Game
Developer That’s No Moon, revealed a new narrative-driven tactical shooter Crossfire. The trailer showcases the game’s characters and some gameplay. A release date was not announced, but it will launch for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
Swords of Legends Gets New Trailer
Publisher Wangyuan Shengtang released a new trailer for Swords of Legends. The game will launch for PlayStation 5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.
Clutch Racing Game Announced

1666: Amsterdam Announced
