What’s in store with Final Fury
Final Fury channels the energy of classic arcade fighters right into VR. The game is built around several key features: you’ll throw real punches, dodge and block, square off using six distinct fighters (with more on the way), unlock content in arcade mode, and jump into cross-platform online battles. The devs have implemented rollback netcode to keep online matches fast and responsive.
Kluge brought in fighting game legend Justin Wong—a nine-time EVO champ—to help fine-tune the combat system and character balance. His expertise in the genre shows up in the feel of every match.
The Early Access period is expected to last between six and twelve months. During this time, the developers plan to work closely with the community to shape the game’s direction. The full release will include additional fighters, arenas, game modes, and a deeper progression system. The price will also go up as development progresses—the current low price is essentially a thank you to early adopters.
