Supporter of the Halloween spirit Lance Bass is as always a big one this year with his Halloween prank video. In the video, Turchin is caught by the scare of the twins who are only a few months old. Turchin is in the video letting his body jerk in fright, but no sooner than he is beaming, which is proof that family life is good-natured and full of fun and laughter. The caption of the video, “Nowhere is safe from #LanceScares!”, definitely reflects the singer’s non-stop playful dread campaign around the house very well.
The reaction from the online society was very quick and among them were comments about Michael Turchin‘s conventional answer. One of the viewers pointed out the comparison and wrote, “I love how Michael tries to look composed after clear panic. Bless him.” Another user mirrored the same opinion and praised Turchin’s beauty saying, “He looks quite charmed by this scare.” Many of the comments got focused on the brief moment when Turchin goes from shocked to smiling. One user even exaggerated and describing it thus “The stop and the smile at the end like nothing just happened.”
The comments had a lot of discussions on the possible revenge that Lance would have to endure not only from Michael but from his kids as well in the future. Someone accurately predicted the future and said, “You DO realize you are just training your children to give you a heart attack some day, correct? They are going to be absolute MENACES … and it is going to be AMAZING.” This idea of a future confrontation was indeed a favored one. Another commenter asked bluntly, “You’re gonna teach the twins to scare Michael when they get older, am I right?” while another one simply warned, “They’re gonna get you back one day.”
The playful exchanges between Lance and Michael were the reason for most of the followers’ enjoyment. One person even pointed out Bass’s mischievousness saying, “The Lance Bass giggle. To be a fly on the wall,” meaning that the background laughter is one of the charms of the prank. Another fan in a mocking way transferred the blame and said, “Oh sure blame the children,” and Lance Bass liked the comment, thus, showing his further participation in the community’s reaction. The yearly event has really become a favorite for the audience, as one of them summed it up: “LOLLLL I love this time of year! Sorry Michael Turchin.”
