September 5, 2025 – VITURE, a developer of XR glasses and immersive technology ecosystems, has this week announced the successful close of two new Series B funding rounds totaling USD $100 million. According to the company, the rounds included support from “prominent technology leaders,” some of whom were not disclosed. Previous investors from VITURE’s Series B funding round in October last year included Singtel Innov8, BlueRun Ventures, BAI Capital, and Verity Ventures.
The funding follows the recent launch of the company’s Luma Series XR glasses, which includes four models: Luma, Luma Pro, Luma Ultra, and the upcoming Beast.
The Luma Pro, which has been available since July, features a high-resolution display, adjustable frames in two sizes, and cosmetic lighting. The Luma Ultra, designed with support for AR functionality and gesture control, marks VITURE’s entry into enterprise-grade XR use cases and began shipping last week. Finally, The Beast, expected later this year, will introduce VITURE’s largest and brightest XR display, with features including 3DoF tracking, Smooth Follow, ultrawide mode, and customizable screen sizing.
Additionally, the company stated that it is working to build out its XR ecosystem, which includes Immersive 3D, an AI-powered 2D-to-3D conversion platform compatible with all models; SpaceWalker, a multi-screen XR software solution for PC, Mac, iOS, and Android; the Pro Mobile Dock, which enables what the company describes as “XR gaming on Nintendo Switch 2”; and limited-edition VITURE × 8BitDo controllers for seamless gameplay integration with VITURE XR glasses.
VITURE noted that its expansion into productivity and enterprise applications signals the company’s broader ambition to “bring XR beyond entertainment and into everyday workflows, classrooms, and workplaces.”
As such, VITURE stated that it plans to use the $100 million investment to support global retail expansion, growth in enterprise deployments across productivity and collaboration use cases, and continued development of its AI-powered XR ecosystem.
