Bandai Namco has confirmed a release timeframe for the addition of Lui Hawkeye and her Vincent Hawk Knightmare Frame at the February 2026 Super Robot Wars DD livestream. The Code Geass personification of the Hololive Vtuber Takane Lui will officially appear in the crossover mobile game in late March 2026.
Sunrise first teased the crossover in December 2025. This collaboration is being made to mark the appointment of Takane Lui as an official Code Geass ambassador. A new short story starring Lui Hawkeye will also be available simultaneously for a limited time.
Lui Hawkeye is not the only new content revealed for the mobile game’s 6.5th anniversary. Bandai Namco will first add a new main story episode starring the Bang Bravern from Brave Bang Bravern! on February 20, 2026, followed by a new Conquest Battle season that rewards the Possessed Cybuster from SRW OG Saga Masou Kishin II: Revelation of Evil God on March 25, 2026. Around the same timeframe as Lui’s addition in late March 2026, the company will also add a permanent SSSS.Dynazenon short story starring Gauma’s Dynazenon unit.
Bandai Namco has been infamously known for taking down its official Super Robot Wars DD trailers on YouTube after a short while, but a more preservable compilation of the new reveals is available courtesy of the YouTube user D180223. Lui Hawkeye’s combat segment with the Hawk Thrust attack is available to view in this video from the 0:49 mark. However, Bandai Namco has also noted that while Lui’s segment is still not voiced yet, it intends to have her voice recording completed by her release in late March 2026.
Super Robot Wars DD is available as a free-to-play game for Android and iOS in Japan and East Asia. The new crossover event starring Takane Lui’s Code Geass character Lui Hawkeye will run in late March 2026.
