Sleep-focused wellness app Sleepagotchi is now live through Apple App Store and Google Play store for what’s being described as a “three week preview” of its version 2 app before its big launch and token generation event.
On one level, the app is all about encouraging users to improve their sleep habits, notably in terms of setting good bedtime hygiene. This is reinforced with social features to further encourage users to take their sleep seriously with feedback from friends and family.
Users can allow Sleepagotchi to connect to data recorded through fitness tracker, smartwatches and other hardware through integration with Apple and Google’s over-arching health apps. It also contains options for mediation.
This healthness focus is combined with a simple RPG in which you unlock and level up heroes, collecting various resources along the way. You also get to decorate your hero’s in-game location.
As for the crypto elements, players collect vSLEEP points, which will eventually convert to a token running on the Solana blockchain.
