The yearly Fire Emblem Heroes kids banner, which depicts various characters from the series as children, is now live and turned five members of the cast of Fire Emblem: Three Houses into younger versions of themselves. Claude, Felix, and Ingrid are available as single-person units, while Dimitri and Edelgard appear together as a new Duo unit. There is also Tempest Trial event dedicated to them live until April 16, 2026, and three new “Unforgetable” permanent Paralogue stages featuring them.
As expected from both the returning children alt banner and the current state of Fire Emblem Heroes, all of the Fire Emblem: Three Houses kid versions of Claude, Edelgard with Dimitri, Felix, and Ingrid are exceptionally strong units. Each of them is available as a five-star, though Claude can also appear as a four-star unit. In a reference to their past together, Edelgard is the primary character in the Duo unit with her and Dimitri and is a green armored ranged unit with the Oath Dagger. Its Duo Skill allows the pair to act again, complete with the ability to use Canto again. Ingrid is the Rearmed Hero in the group and a blue cavalry unit, which means her Arcane Thorn spear and some of her skills could be inherited by another character without losing her in the process. Like the adult versions of Felix already in-game, the child version can move and act again due to Matchless Wolf and move one extra space with Burst of Thunder. He’s a red infantry unit. Finally, Claude has an additional Style known as Gambit: Ashes and Dust that allows him to attack enemies that are three spaces away, rather than just two. He’s a colorless bow user and cavalry unit.

As for the Tempest Trials+, using these characters will give you more points as you fight. One of the major rewards this time is the five-star unit Eliwood: Pledged Friend. That is the kid version of him that appeared on a past banner in 2024.
