January 16, 2026 – Teslasuit, a provider of full-body haptic technology, has recently unveiled its newest haptic device with the launch of the Teslasuit XR5, the company’s flagship model for 2026.
Announced during CES 2026, the device integrates haptics, motion capture, and biometric analytics into a reengineered platform intended for professional and research applications. According to the company, the XR5 is designed to provide physical feedback for training, rehabilitation, and remote operation. Potential use cases for the technology include:
- Training: Applications for military, public safety, and technical personnel, including movement and tactile training, muscle memory development, and operations in hazardous or confined environments.

For developers, Teslasuit provides a Python API with documentation and example code, alongside an updated SDK. The suit is available in both male and female versions, with sizes ranging from XS to XXL. Teslasuit stated that the device is designed and manufactured in the European Union and features reengineered electronics to improve reliability and performance.
The Teslasuit XR5 is currently available for order at an MSRP of USD $9,900, however the company is currently offering a promotional price of USD $7,500 for orders placed before March 31, 2026. A deposit of USD $2,000 is required to secure an order, with the remainder due at the time of delivery.
