HoYoVerse shared details about the 3.6 Honkai: Star Rail update, which is known as “Called Back to Earth in Evernight” and confirmed the release date for it, the March 7th Evernight alt, and the Dan Heng Permansor Terrae alt. It will appear on September 24, 2025. We’ll also all get the new version of Dan Heng for free by logging in between October 15, 2025 and the end of version 4.0.
First, this will continue the Amphoreus and Chrysos Heir storyline in Honkai: Star Rail. A new Trailblaze Mission will appear. In addition to Cyrene playing a part, as she did in 3.5, Evernight will bring up Era Nova in Honkai: Star Rail and Dan Heng will come back with new capabilities of his own.
We know the schedule for the new and returning character banners too. When 3.6 starts, Evernight will appear alongside The Herta. That’s also when the Light Cone banners To Evernight’s Stars and Into the Unreachable Veil will show up. The second part of the update, starting on October 15, 2025, will bring with it Dan Heng Permansor Terrae and Anaxa. Their Though Worlds Apart and Life Should Be Cast to Flames Lightcones will be there too.

3.6 Honkai: Star Rail “Called Back to Earth in Evernight” will appear on the PS5, PC, and mobile devices on September 24, 2025, and Dan Heng Permansor Terrae will be free between October 10, 2025 and the end of 4.0. After that, we’ll see Cyrene in 3.6.
